Sydney, May 26, 2008 (RWE via COMTEX) -- IPIVF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- (RWE Aust Business News) Downer EDI (ASX:DOW) has completed refinancing its syndicated loan facility.

It has refinanced $390 million and increased the maturity profile, equating to 34pc of total debt facilities.

Pricing was in line with current market rates.
