She was appointed temporary custody until August 3 when a hearing on the matter will take place.
Michael Jackson's will, which was released Thursday, states that his entire estate is given to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The will specifically states that nothing goes to his former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson. The will also specifically states that he has intentionally omitted all of his heirs.

Meanwhile, media reports said Friday that Diprivan, a powerful sedative, was found in Jackson's home, citing a law enforcement official. Diprivan, also known as Propofol, is a short-acting intravenous nonbarbiturate sedative agent used for the induction of general anesthesia for adults and children. The official stated it is very unusual to have this drug in a private home.
According to Cherilyn Lee, a registered nurse who was working with Michael Jackson, the pop star repeatedly pleaded for Diprivan as he was struggling with persistent insomnia while preparing for a series of comeback concerts. Lee said she rejected his demands every time because the drug was unsafe.
