Mr An was most recently vice president for global public policy for Time Warner, where he represented the company and its various business units before the Congress. He joined Time Warner in 2000 from the office of the US Senator Russell Feingold, where he was legislative assistant. Previously, he held positions with the Strategic Alliances Group in Madison, Wisconsin; Public Voice for Food and Health Policy; Handgun Control, /Center to prevent handgun violence; and the California Public Interest Research Group.
