Steward said Kieser told police she was backing her John Deere 4-wheeler up as she was pulling limbs in a field in the 8700 block North County Road 600E. Kieser said she slipped and hit the gas, causing the 4-wheeler to flip on top of her.
Sheriff's department Officer Adam Nicholson and Seymour Officer Tim Toborg assisted with the investigation into the incident.
