Stock markets turn to the red as oil rises and housing numbers further cement future rake hikes.

Crude oil futures were trading higher for the day, up 2.5%.

General Motors (GM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) sold $9 billion of interest in GMAC Commercial Holding Corp to private-equity firms.  GM is currently trading up nearly 1%.

Royal Gold, Inc. (RGLD | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) was trading up 6% for the day.  Yesterday RGLD received a Power Rating of 9.
