TradingMarkets Swing Trading College Starts Today!
By Ashton Dorkins | TradingMarkets.com | April 28, 2008

The first session of the TradingMarkets Swing Trading College (STC) is on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:00 PM ET.

STC is a 14-session, online course which will provide you with the latest trading research and strategies to professionally swing trade stocks, options, ETF's, and e-mini's and futures.

In Session 1, TradingMarkets CEO and Founder Larry Connors will lay the foundation of essential knowledge you need to know about how the markets work. Come with an open mind, as you learn concepts which may differ from "conventional wisdom."

From there, we'll build upon this knowledge to help you get the best results when you're trading our methods. Here's what Larry will cover in this first session:

  1. Which is better... model-driven trading or discretionary trading? - In this section, we'll show you how a good trading method can eliminate the many years you'd have to spend learning discretionary strategies (which require you to learn subjectively and interpret patterns or data).

  2. How do systems work and how can they improve your trading? - In this section, we will give you some background on why our approach works and then walk you through chart examples that clearly show you how we have captured short-term moves in high-quality stocks in different market environments.

  3. The academic evidence of price behavior predictors. - We will provide you with a brief (and understandable) overview of the academic studies and mathematic theories that back our methods.

Click here to see exactly what you will learn in each of our 14 training sessions.

Sincerely,
Ashton Dorkins
Editor-in-Chief
