Stocks ended the day mixed with the Nasdaq down and both the Dow and S&P 500 largely unchanged.

Google ( GOOG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) announced that its new Android mobile phone platform was on track to be available in the second half of 2008 as originally planned.
