ATLANTA, Feb 05, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --

- Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) today announced that the Equifax Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on March 15, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2010.

Equifax has paid cash dividends for 97 consecutive years.

The 2010 annual meeting of shareholders will be held Friday, May 7, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. EDT at Equifax's headquarters at 1550 Peachtree Street, NW, Atlanta. Georgia.
