Morgan Stanley Quality Municipal Securities today declared a monthly income dividend of $.07 per share from tax-free income.

Morgan Stanley Quality Municipal Securities is a closed-end diversified management investment company investing primarily in Municipal Obligations which are rated in the three highest grades by established rating services or unrated securities of comparable quality.
